  • Do your sunglasses provide UV protection?
    Goodlook's sunglasses lenses provide optimum protection against UV radiation (harmful rays from the sun).
  • How can I change or cancel my order?
    You can change the order delivery address or cancel your order up to one hour after it has been placed. In accordance with our return policy, you can contact us by sending an e-mail to info@tgsoptik.com.

  • How do I clean my glasses?
    First blow off any remaining loose dirt from your glasses and then clean them with the Goodlook Glasses Cleaning wipe that came with your glasses. For a deep clean, add a drop of liquid dish soap (no moisturizer) to a bowl of water large enough to submerge your frames. Let it sit for a few minutes, then wipe clean with a quality paper towel or soft cloth. In the rare case that you are not actually wearing your Goodlook glasses, please store them in their protective case to avoid damage or direct sunlight.
