Shipping Conditions

Orders placed before 16.00 are usually shipped on the same day, orders placed after 16.00 are shipped the next day. In some cases, our maximum shipping time is 5 (five) business days at the latest in the shipping delay.

Return and Exchange Right

The right to return and change the purchased product/products is possible within 3 (three) days from the moment the cargo arrives at the buyer, on the products/products that are in a re-saleable condition, whose tag has not been cut, uncut, unwashed, soiled, battered, unused, and the box, if any, is not damaged.
